375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of pitted apricots upfront, with gentle wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is more pungent on the apricot, with plenty of pit, followed by oak, and a tiny hint of barnyard funk. Really nice use of the apricots, rounded nicely by the barrels. Surprisingly impressive.

Thanks Jay for the can!
It pours a yellow gold, hazy, good head of foam that sticks around, lacing is good.
In the smell I get cloves, coriander, light banana, candi sugar sweetness.
The taste is of light bananas, coriander is substantial, cloves, candi sugar is here but not like in the smell. It's 35 IBUs but I get very little bitterness. The alcohol is held in check pretty well.
Bananas are starting to be more bold as the session continues.
Mouthfeel is a full medium, if that makes sense, carbonation is not overly bubbly.
Tasty Tripel.

375ml bottle courtesy of Jay Whitson. Thanks, buddy.
Corked and caged, when I removed the cork, I got a big whiff of Brett. A good sign considering the style.
It pours a hazy yellow? Orange? Combination of the 2, I reckon. The head of foam and lacing are to be envied.
The smell is big Brett, vinegar sourness, that's pretty much it. Doesn't seem complex but the style doesn't have to be to be good.
Taste wise, it is VERY sour, Brett matches the sourness inch for inch. On a scale of sourness that I have experienced, this would be way up there. Another need for rolaids I have no doubt but what's going on is a palate pleaser.
Mouthfeel has no problems.
I am suddenly a fan of Bozeman. Fancy that.

355ml can. (6.0% ABV) Pours a clear dark brown with red hue and a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, molasses, dark chocolate, ash and earthy hops with a dry, bitter coffee finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Nice, well balanced.
