12/11 A 0.33 l bottle thanks to Kreso and Marko! It poured golden body with smaller head. Malty aroma, popcorns, quite dusty. Flavor was something between sour and sweet, best described as corny, also herbal hoppy. Thinner in body with shorter, a bit sour finish. Not really offensive, just plain and boringly bad. Also, they could make up their own names instead of copying designs and in this case also name from other (low quality) beers.

12/11 A 0.33 l can thanks to Kreso and Marko! It poured really nice copper body with smaller beige head. Sweet raisins and brown sugar aroma. Lightly sweet and same so bitter flavor, caramel, toast, some fruits. Medium in body with long toasted finish. Quite a pleasant surprise and I hope it will survive on its local market.

12/11 A 0.33 l can thanks to Kreso and Marko! It poured golden body with smaller head. Stinky malty cornflakes and eggs aroma, reminds to a NA beer. Sweetish flavor, buttery, corny, grainy, again like a non alcoholic beer. Thin body with long sweet sticky, crappy malty finish. It revoked my memories about the Norga Premium, and it easily might be the same beer.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and heavy. Cloudy pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, dusty nose. Sweet malty, light caramel and moderate bitter herbal notes in the finish. Not so watery but still quite weak. Never mind, just another Albanian beer.

Canned 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and heavy. Surprisingly nice amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, dried fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, dried fruits (raisins) and sugary with sticky caramel finish. Who would have thought that I would give to Albanian beer 4 for appearance...

Canned 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and heavy. Slight hazy golden coloured, small white head, lactic and light alcoholic nose?! Empty lactic-malty-meaty taste with notes of something in the finish. Watery also. Not good...

Yeah, this beer doesn’t really know what it is... Italian-style everything, yet brewed under a seemingly fake German "license" (unless Batehman really exists) in Albania. Courtesy of Krešo, of course. After a string of immensely bad lagers from the country broken only by Norga Rossa, we didn’t have high hopes for this one, and indeed, the golden body with a small white head didn’t promise much. The nose, however, showed that this isn’t your tipical Albanian fare. Nicely herbal, slightly ashy, with some light maltiness. Now, this is supposed to be typical, but it’s a rare privilege there I guess. The taste takes us, however, back to the dark reality. Feels diluted. Bitterish and tasteless. Light salty (what the hell is wrong with them?) herbal notes. Eh, at least it’s an improvement overall from the other pale lagers we’ve had that day.

Another one of Krešo’s from Albania. And finally one that isn’t a pale lager. So it poured a lovely amber brownish? body with a off white head. Quite sweet malty nose, raisins. Malt-driven taste, not as sweet as in the aroma, light dust, pollen and again some salt. Wha. Anyway, for Albanian standards a very good beer. Just for Albanian standards.

Ok, this says both The Best Beer and Norga Premium Läger. Eh. Guess I need to go there to sort this out. Won’t happen soon though. Anyway, light hazy golden body, small white head. Buttery malty nose, light grain. Empty malty taste, extremely light bitterness. Crap.

No it’s not, though it does make a good case for being the worst beer.

Pale and not much head. The aroma is toast and apples, neither in a good way. More butter than a Zhigulyovskoye festival. Fucking vile.
