Description
Mead, or honey wine, is widely accepted to be the oldest form of alcohol. It is also the fastest growing sector of the US alcohol market today.
Like the idea of dragons, and their fondness for maidens, mead seems to have been created independently by different cultures all around the world. We bring these ancient archetypes into the modern age, producing delightfully flavorful wines.
We are proud to offer eight meads, of classic and unique styles, made from exclusively West Virginia Honey and other premium all natural ingredients. All of our meads are craft fermented in traditional small batch glassware to protect these delicious flavors.
We never add sulfites or other chemical additives, and all of our products are made with gluten-free yeast.

Sample, thanks to Kolshtrinker. Many thanks! Drunk on New Years Eve with Red Dead Redemption in the background. Pours a deep reddish amber, strong aroma of rich honey, light berry hints. Expected a fuller palate, but seems a little thin bodied, rich honey, strong boozy alcohol edge, some warming fruits with a rough vodka-like alcohol finish. Not really feelin this.
