Bottle. Color: Murky brown, very thin beige head. Aroma: Caramel malt, dark malt. Taste: Caramel malt, dried dark and red fruit, viscuous, over medium body, low carbonation. Spicy / herbal hints. Over moderate to medium sweet, light bitterness. Strange, lightly metallic flavors towards the finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Ok overall,

Bottle. Color: Black, very thin light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, earthy, molasses. Taste: Very smooth, dense (oat), roasted malt, molasses (sugary), earthy. Moderate to over moderate hopbitterness and over moderate to medium sweet. Lightly salty. Dry-ish finish. Full body, below average carbonation. Ok Imperial Stout.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with very little head. Aromas of cola, subtle honey, subtle bourbon, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with a little coconut and chocolate. A bit more honey and bourbon on the finish, but seems a bit flat overall.

Black with lasting head. Very strong alcohol aroma and some woodiness. Not particularly flavoursome. Subdued dark malts. A little dark chocolate.

Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness going to over moderate at dry-ish and earthy finish. Over medium body, bit thin for this style. Below average carbonation. Nice one.
