~ 16 ounce draft at the Casino Bar at the Main Street Station, Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is clear yellow with not much of a white head. The aroma is faint malt sweetness, along with a bit of butter and grass. The taste is typical yellow lager, along with a decent blast of diacetyl. The palate is light bodied, higher carbonation, and a dirty diacetyl finish. This is one of those typical brew a yellow beer for the macro drinkers - unfortunately it is far too common that people’s first experience with a micro brew is something like this. This would send someone straight back to Bud Light.

16 ounce Hefe type glass draft at the Triple 7 Brewpub at the Main Street Station, Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is lightly hazed yellow golden with a one inch mostly white head. The aroma is phenolic yeast along with malt sweetness. The taste is big wheat grain and malt sweet right away, moving into the the clove and phenol yeast. The palate is medium bodied, lower carbonation level and a yeasty finish. Overall, this is sweet in a typical American Saison way. Just OK.

~ 16 ounce draft at the Triple 7 Brewpub at the Main Street Station, Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is a very hazy yellow golden with a small white head. The aroma is soft wheat grain, perhaps a faint clove yeast. The taste is wheat, grain, light hay, and subtle clove and banana yeast. The palate is unfiltered, light bodied, clean finish. Easy drinking, but a bit plain. The yeast character was really dialed down on this.
