Draft at the source, 8/22/16. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of mild citrus / orange, and a slight earthy herbal note. Moderately intense on all the flavors with a moderately to large bitterness on the finish. A slightly above average IPA. Respectable.

4 oz. sample at City Steam. 8/22/16. Pours a clear copper amber with a thin white head. Flavor and aroma go hand in hand: sweet caramel, light grain and malt. Medium bodied, toasted grain, soft malt. Smooth bitterness, long slow bitter finish

Standard correct example of the style.

Sampled at the source 8/22/16, 4 ounces serving. Hazy gold, thin white head with good lace. Aroma of orange peel and coriander.

Taste is classic Belgian Wit. Plenty of coriander and orange peel. Lighter in body. Refreshing but I am not sure how this can be any different from "White Wedding"? But the brewer says so.... it must be.

Sampled at the source. Pours a dark cola brown color with a medium sized beige head. The aroma and flavor have a nice combination of roasted malt and dark chocolate with the grapefruit citrus and pine hops. The flavor adds a slight black coffee and nutty note. Pretty solid offering and easily the best sample I had on my visit on 8/18/2016

On tap at City Steam, 8/18/2016. Typical color, light and spotty lacing. Nice roasted and chocolate nose and taste. Decent roasted charater. Medium mouthfeel. (yet still slightly thin)

The stout finishes with bitter chocolate. Good drinkablity. Pretty well done.

Draft at City Steam. Completely hazy, un-filtered golden color. Loads of bubblegum and a mild banana nose. Smells great and the taste follows exactly what a hefeweizen should be. Light carbonation and had a bit of tart finish. The body is slightly on the thin side but the yeast is present. Pretty correct to style.

Draft at City Steam. Aroma does have a nice level of citrus with maybe a bit much caramel. I can see why bottles of this will not fair well. Becuase of the malt bill, it has that English (sweeter, caramel flavor) then what is being brewed around the country right now.

If you know ahead of time it is English influanced, it is ok. If you are looking for a hop bomb, you will not find it here. And yes, again the body is thinner.

Draft at the sourse. Crystal clear yellow with ample carbonation. Aroma is all raspberry with the fainest bit of Belagin yeast.

The flavor shows mild yeast updront with lots of lingering berry in the finish. No mistaking that the brewer used a ton of raspberry. But just like most of the brews here, the body is thin and watery. But this still is a easy drinking brew overall.

Draft at the source. The Nitro pour really helps with the mouthfeel, creamy and smooth. The body is almost stout like but a tad filsmy even for a porter. Decent coffee and roasted grain hints. Respectable.
