Bottle from Epsom Circle Market, Epsom, NH. Aroma is predominantly yeasty bread dough with some malt and floral hints. Appearance is a cloudy copper with finger width creamy initial head that reduces pretty quickly but hangs around. Taste is medium malty sweetness. Palate is medium bodied with pretty average carbonation and mild zing to the tongue. Finish is wet but abrupt. Overall, a highly drinkable beer that is an OK beer. Enjoyable but pretty average.

Aroma: Smells of orange gummy candy, with floral and herbal notes, and a little pepper/spice
Appearance: It pours an amber-orange color with a small off-white head and fairly lace lace
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet, clean malts, with a mid-plus bitterness on the finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, fairly clean, easy drinking, and with a smooth, light dry finish
Overall Impression: I actually thought this was a pretty solid IPA. It has a nice hop flavor to it, with a good malt backbone as well. I'm surprised it doesn't have a better score.

Aroma: The nose is strongly butterscotch and caramel, rather sweet, not a ton of hops
Appearance: Pours a dark brown color with a small, light brown head and spotty lace
Flavor: The roast comes out a bit in the flavor, but the butterscotch sweetness still dominates
Palate: The body is medium, average-plus carbonation, fairly short duration, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: There's some bitterness that comes out later on in the flavor (resulting in the dry finish), but otherwise, you would be hard pressed call this one hop-forward. The nose is all sweetness. Overall, this is decent enough, but lacks the hops I'd like to see in this style.

Bottle from Signal Variety, Plaistow NH. Aroma is malty and slightly nutty. Appearance is a beautiful, clear, dark amber with insignificant, fleeting white head. Taste is moderately sweet. Palate is light-medium body with average carbonation--perhaps a tinge too much. Finish is long with good, nutty sweetness. Overall, a good medium ale that satisfies.

Pours a deep dark brown from a tap, off-white head with little lacing. Aroma is sweet, caramel. Flavor is sort of middle of the road vanilla with some roasted maltiness. Mouthfeel is almost like a milk stout instead of a porter, more full than I would have expected.

slight haze golden orange. Nose is weak with a light orange bitternes. Taste is refreshing. crisp saltines, herbal with juicy orange finish. i’d revisit this one.
