Draft at the brewery. Color is a murky orange/ yellow, thin lasting head. Normal carbonation level. Aroma is herbs, lacto, and dried flowers.

The flavor has a mild floral note throughout. The sour notes are not bacterial. Kind of a funky herb, yarrow, ginger root flavor. Earthy. Body is medium with the texture coming off dry. The flowers and herbs try and balance the sourness. I am kind of sensitive the sourness, so it’s hard to know how sour this actually is. Honestly, I had enough with 4 oz. but it really is creative.

16 oz at the source. Cloudy amber/ golden type color, thin lasting head. Aroma shows me faint yeast, mild floral hops, the faintest berry. In the flavor it is a pale ale first, fruit beer second.

Floral hops are at the forefront with a grainy texture. Good malt / to hop balance. The blueberry is really an afterthought. Bitterness is moderate and pleasant. Very simple to drain a few pints with lunch.

4 oz. Draft at the source. Appearance shows a pitch black liquid with slow fading tan head. Aroma is almost exclusively Cacao nibs with light charred malt. hints.

The flavor is abundant in the cacao department. Plenty of chocolate and roast, light char. Hearty and beefy character for a under 7 percent stout. Great creamy mouthfeel, dry texture. Very nicely crafted!

4 oz. Draft at the source. Appearance is a bright yellow color (even in the low light of this gastropub). Aroma is herbaceous with a mild lemon, and green leaf hints.

The flavor is not overly herbaceous, spice is mild, earthy, lemongrass, crisp lighter body. Great effervescent mouthfeel. The lemon and spice is really well balanced. Subtle yeast noted. Nicely refreshing.

4 oz. Draft at the source. Pours a murky orange/ dirty gold color. Aroma has a lacto sour hints with white grapes, and a odd citrus hint. The flavor is different like most of the gruits here.

Starts with a mild tartness that goes throughout the sip without ever becoming sour. Earthy hint that must be the squash. Grapes are here without doubt and give a light sweetness to balance the tartness. Quite different and enjoyable!
