From old tasting notes. Pale, yellow gold color. Small bubbly white head. Soft, sweet honey malt nose. Tangy, sweet malt flavor. Nice hop flavor in finish.

From old tasting notes. Reddish brown color topped by a big rocky tan head. Mild toasted malt aroma. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor hints at cognac.

From old tasting notes. Amber orange color topped by a beige head. Sweet fruity malt aroma. Sharp, sweet tingly malt flavor has a spicy malt character. Interesting spicy hop finish balances this ale nicely.

From old tasting notes. Reddish brown color topped by a rocky beige head. Sweet caramel malt nose hints at nuts and brown sugar. Spicy roasted malt flavor is balanced nicely by a bittersweet hoppy finish. Good body and flavor.

From old tasting notes. Brewed by Colonial Brewing Company in Evansville, Indiana. Bright yellow gold color. Creamy white head. Mild sweet malt aroma. Soft, dryish malt flavor is lacking any wheat malt character. Light flavor and body leave you wanting something more.
