We are dedicated to the entire experience of craft; from our creative food menu to our unique beers. The adventure started with creating a perfect beer, and we have kept that focus since our opening in 2005 with 31 combined rotating taps plus hard cider and a variety of wines. The Saugatuck Brewing Company (SBC) has a large family friendly pub, outside patio plus a secondary tap room dubbed “The Barrel Room” for multiple different dining and drinking experiences in one building. We operate on a 45 barrel Brew System with 960 barrels of Fermentation Space and the ability to age over 400 wood barrels at one time.

12 oz can from Total Wine - Daytona Beach, FL. Pours a crystal clear amber color with a small khaki head and decent retention. No lacing. Very faint caramel malt aroma. All caramel malt flavor to match the nose. This could easily be a Vienna lager. Sweet, smooth and clean. Low carbonation. Light body. Short finish. Not bitter. Simple profile and very repeatable.

Can. Dark brown color withthick beige head. Strong aroma of blueberries, maple syrup, chocolade. Sweet taste with maple syrup, blueberries, vanilla, coffee, chocolate. Nice.

Black, thin beige head which quickly dissipates. Aroma of blueberry and maple syrup with a roasted malt and slight dark chocolate background. Taste is malty at first then the adjuncts come in nicely, followed by roast, then a sweet tangy and mild-bitter finish. Smooth body. This is very good.

Bottle, huge thanks Ryan! Blackish body, off white head. The name doesn't lie! Blueberry, chocolate and (lighter) maple in the aroma, along with some raisins and peach jam too. Quite lovely! Big blueberry-maple taste, sweetish, lean and simple, but there's some roast too to counter it. Not too sweet, pretty wonderful - the extra 2-3 years might've helped it some I guess!

Bottle, huge thanks Ryan! Hazy golden body, white head. White grapes and apple esters in the aroma. Lean bubblegummy, soft taste, sparkling almost carbonation, solid notes of green tea. Light light oxidation and light bitterish finish. Not bad really!

12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 12/7/20. Black, thin head that fades quickly. Aroma of roast, oats, dark chocolate. Taste is oats, tobacco, chocolate. Tad bit thin. Not the GOAT, but pretty decent.

Clear golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of floral hop, citrus and malt. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
