Description
We are dedicated to the entire experience of craft; from our creative food menu to our unique beers. The adventure started with creating a perfect beer, and we have kept that focus since our opening in 2005 with 31 combined rotating taps plus hard cider and a variety of wines. The Saugatuck Brewing Company (SBC) has a large family friendly pub, outside patio plus a secondary tap room dubbed “The Barrel Room” for multiple different dining and drinking experiences in one building. We operate on a 45 barrel Brew System with 960 barrels of Fermentation Space and the ability to age over 400 wood barrels at one time.

Keg at CBC Clerko, 23/06/14. Lightly hazed golden with a good sized off white head. Nose is pale malt, bread dough, hay, faint hop presence, light citrus tones, all very muted. Taste comprises caramel malt, straw, light orange rinse, lemon peel, biscuit notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate, pleasant feel. Pretty so so IPA, generic new brewpub style box ticker affair! Where are the hops?

Bottle @ Belarus Takes over the World Cup, 2014. Shared with Christian. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Rye, bread, peach and grapefruit. Dry and bitter. Smooth and crisp.

World Cup Beer. Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of pine and citrus hops with a touch of bready malt. Sweet malty flavour with spicy rye notes, and plenty of hops. Good balance and good character.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey and Refaela’s place. Thanks Vova. Hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma of mild citric hops and some rye. Sweetish flavor with malt, rye spiciness, some citric hops and a mildly bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

World Cup Tasting. Black with a lasting tan head. Sweet chocolate and cocoa aroma with a fruity hint. Sweet chocolate, raspberry and strawberry flavour.
