PET shared by Cuso. Aroma yeasty, as in really young pilsner lagers. Lightly hazy yellow colour. Taste is yeasty, mostly malty, pilsnery. Lacking the hops a bit - both in flavour and bitterness. Carbonation on the higher side. Overall quite young, but drinkable at the very least.

GROWLER.
Look: dark amber and clear with a tan frothy medium head with poor retention.
Aroma: light toffee.caramel, malty, light acidity.
Taste: Just a tab of maltiness but mostly dry, winey/acidic, very light bitterness.
The acidity is really annoying and unfortunately in most of their beers.

DEC-2019. TAP. Dark red-brown, beige head. Sticky caramel and butterscotch, no roasty notes at all. The taste abs that butterscotch caramel too, but also some spicy bitterness in the finish. Still, quite a flawed beer. 3,1/5.
DEC-2013. TAP. Head: vivid beige/coffee, small, fizzy, poor retention. Color: deep amber-brown, murky.
Aroma: well-done toast, not really roasted though, some chocolate, burnt sugar, fudge, lollipop, a bit ashy/earthy, some marzipan?
Taste: light sweetness, quite strong astringency/tannins, quite flat, light bitterness, no roast, no chocolate or other rich dark malt flavours. 2,5/5.

Aroma: malty, some lemon/greed apple acidity.

MAY-2018. PET growler. Cloudy opaque pale yellow, creamy white head. Lots of spicy dried herbs, hay, mild fruitiness. Similar taste - not that fruity, but thankfully with enough herbal and spicy bitterness. Like it! 7-4-6-4-14=3,5.
NOV-2017.TAP at Craft Baza. Very pale gold and cloudy, creamy white head. Smell quite spicy, pepper, nutmeg, also some herbal spice. Not very fruity. The taste follows the nose - slight malț sweetness with just a hint of banana, some herbal spicy, but even more herbal hoppy bitterness. Light yeasty notes. Not totally true to the style, but moreish and quenching. Good. 7-4-6-4-14=3,5.

Taste: wheat, clove, bit of sweetness, some bitterness. More spicy than fruity or grainy. The palate is a bit zesty. Probably the best moldovan beer at the moment. Quite on the par with german hefes. 7-2-7-3-13=3,2

Draft in 1 liter PET. Clear golden yellow color, small but thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of straw and subtle white pepper. Taste is crisp, bitter breadsticks. Not bad.

Blonde colour with no head. The aroma is a little bit spicy and with a little bit of butter. The taste is light, slightly watery. It’s a little bit minerally as well. There’s a touch of butter in the finish.
