At source: pours lightly hazy with white head. Aroma is lightly tropical, popcorn, lightly grassy. Smooth, low sweetness. Easy to drink.

Draught at source: pours black with small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, some coffee, mellow dark fruits. Taste is bittersweet, not going too far in either direction. Chewy. Smooth and easy. Not too boozy because not too imperial.

Draught at source: near black with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, coffee, some cocoa. Taste is lightly bitter, vanilla and plenty of it. Fine.

Can from brother: nice rusty red color with light beige head. Aroma is pine, light, caramel, toast. Taste is lightly bitter, plenty malty. Solid.

Can from my brother: gold with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, other citrus. Taste is lightly bitter. Nice west coast flavor. Large size not immediately apparent.
