(500 ml can, bought in Sweden). The Falcon Bayerskt version with the lowest ABV. Dark golden / amber colour. Malty, refreshing, decent for a beer as low as 2.8%.

Amber color. Sweet malt aroma. Quite boring flavor, somehow sweet, some caramel. Too simple, not interesting.

(500 ml bottle). Reddish brown colour, decent head. A drinkable dunkel, not outstanding but decent for a Swedish commercial brewer. Good with food.

(500 ml bottle). The Swedish 3.5% weak grocery store version of Pripps 1828 Export (5%). Deep golden colour. Moderate hops in the aroma. Acceptable hops in the flavour and aftertaste. Not too bad for a weak Pripps beer (you don’t expect much!)

(Bottle). Remarkably different from the stronger version - slightly lighter colour, weaker aroma, considerably thinner body, flavour seems sweeter, lacks bitterness. Of course it's drinkable - but the full strength version is the way to go!

Canned. Golden coloured with fizzy head. Sugary and plastic, but thankfully less awful than the full strength version.

Ruby color, creamy head. Little aroma, some malt and roasted malt, honey. In the taste, caramel, some malt, maybe too much alcohol. Palate quite bitter, and a lot of caramel.

Red amber color. Spicy aroma, very strong, like a cake; cinnamon, cloves, heather. Quite sweet, malty, with the same spices, and a sharp heather character; good hop aroma in the end, even if partially hidden by the spices and herbs. Not really a traditional beer, but enjoyable on a Christmas night.
