An orange juice like ale with no head, with bobba pearls. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with passion fruit, light acidic notes, mango, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mango pulp with light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant, interesting concept with the pearls. On tap at brewery.

Tap at Le Saint Bock, Montreal, QC, Canada. Pours dark amber, scarcely transparent, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is old-school-hops earthy, plus limited maltiness. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with a little underlying sweetness too. Final is average, on the short side.

2012 vintage. A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, licorice, light oak, faint bourbon, alcohol warmth, light oxidation, very nice. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel, light treacle, very nice. On tap at brewery.
