On tap at Le Saint Bock, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of rich caramel, a touch of peat and light maple. Flavour is rich and impeccably balanced, with lots of caramel, some maple, and peat. Man, that's really impeccably balanced. Certainly malt-forward but nowhere close to cloying. That slight pest character really elevates this. Wonderful beer.

On tap at Le Saint-Bock, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma explodes with fresh lime, lime peel, and just enough lacto — that's quite the aroma! Flavour is intense on the lime, being more minty than I expected. There's some lacto to hold it together. A bit too minty for my tastes, but decently made.

On tap at Le Saint-Bock, pours a clear vibrant orange amber with a small white head. Nose is full of tart raspberries upfront, with gentle lacto. Flavour is tart, with lots of bright raspberries, some jamminess and lacto. Clean and properly made. Very good fruited Berliner.

On tap at Le Saint-Bock, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out gentle roast, with some assertive hops, and light earthiness. Flavour is dry and toasty, with earthy toasted malt. There's not much depth here unsurprisingly. If you're gonna do such a low ABV porter, somehow you gotta have the chops to still impart flavour. Underwhelming.

Dark brown colour with copper highlights. A nice creamy light-mocha coloured head, good retention and leaving a good creamy film on the glass. Chocolate malt nose at first, with some dark fruits, mild molasses, coming out with time. Biscuit aromas between the Graham crackers and malt. The taste has the roasted malts giving molasses and dark fruit notes. The mouthfeel is warming with the alcohol, blended with the hop dry finish. The coffee balances the bitterness. A decent Imperial IPA, but still trying to get the crackers in the taste, and more in the nose.
