A reddish copper ale with a thin creamy mocha head. In aroma, sweet maple malt with light treacle, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light woody maple syrup character, grassy hops, faint orange peels, nice. On tap at brewery.

A golden ale with a thin creamy off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with faint curacao, OK. In mouth, a light sweet fruity malt with faint grassy hops, light chalky character, watery. On tap at brewery.

En fût au Saint-Bock. Couleur cuivre foncée, mousse beige foncée. Arôme d’érable léger, brett léger, sucre d’érable, cerise. Goût de malt, sucré, brett en fin de bouche, érable léger, alcool léger. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

En fût au Winter Warmer 4. Couleur acajou trouble, peu de mousse beige. Arôme d’érable, malt, boisé. Goût d’érable, malt, très sucré. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with smooth floral hops, light resinous character, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with good resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, no coffee but nice ipa. On tap at brewery.

Bad. Not just syrupy, but messy. Texture is syrupy, finishes with some astringency with some sweetness. Things don’t come together here. Very little balance. Maroon pour with ok head and lacing. On tap at brewpub.

Some coffee. Some lacing and head. Roast malt and some light nut as well. Pours dark brown. Soft carbonation. Finishes with light bitterness. Tap at brewpub.

Not entirely bad. Ok for a session ale. Pours orange with some lacing, no head. Aroma of mash malt with some lacing. Average carbonation. Some hay aroma as well. Bitter and slighlty Astringent finish. Tap at brewpub.

First decent beer ive had from brewpub today. Pours black with decent head and lacing. Some nice floral aroma with some hay and a little roast malt. Soft carbonation. Sour bitter finish in good balance. Nicely done for hybrid style. Tap at brewpub.

Offense is a little strong but still an adequate description. Pours orange with no head or lacing. Little tasye but some lager like malt with some rusty tinge. Finishes sour with a little astringence. Tap at brewpub.
