A deep dark stout with a thin moka head. In aroma, a nice chocolate and coffee, light chalky and mineral notes, and light dark fruits. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate over sustained dark bitter coffee, with molasses, British hops, a bit simple but effective. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 1 2009.

A ruby amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with light peated notes. In mouth, a good crips malt with nice German hops, nice herbal and peaty notes, quite nice and clean. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 1 2009.

A burgundy to mahoganny ale wuith a thin off white head. A light sweet nutty aroma with light hops, caramelly. In mouth, not as sweet as the 2 others, nutty, caramel, but has a weird boiled vegetables notes and celery salt. On tap at brewpub August 3 2009.
