Tap at Bistro DIPA festival. Light amber color with light creamy off-white head. Reasonable resin aromas. Fulll bodied with soft creamy carbonation. Flavor is a mix of resin and floral over significant malt. Finish is smooth, floral and less than dry. Just most excellent.

Draft. Amber beer with a nice off-white head. Grapefruit/summer fruit aroma with light dustiness. Grapefruit flavor with summer fruits and light pine. Medium body. Nice bitterness. Summer fruit and grapefruit lingers with a light wet hop woodsiness.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Summer fruit aroma. Summer fruit and light grainy flavor. Medium-light body - very drinkable. lingering summer fruit, light pine, light malt. Some decent bitterness. If only that little bit of graininess wasn’t there.

Wow - Lucky enough to be #2...and I’m not even from the West Coast! Great amber coloured body with a nice dense tan head. Perfect aroma of citrus & grapefruity hops, coupled with some fresh cut grass! Medium-bodied; Strong fragrant hop flavour with a bit of pine and perfume in the nose, all with a perfect malt backbone. Aftertaste left bitter from all the hops ,but the alcohol and malt are clean! Overall, a great beer, definitely lucky to try this during the Wet Hop sampling! I sampled this beer on draught at Toronado in San Francisco, California on 27 October 2007.

Draft. Mahogony color with a nice cream colored head. Slight roasty, malty aroma. Caramel, slight roast flavor. Medium body. LIngering caramel. A bit of fruitiness grows on you.
