33cl Bottle, thanks Harmen! Probably brewed at one of the Leiden breweries. Murky dark golden colour, thin head. Aroma of sour wheat, yeast, light nutty. Flavour is off, sour, wheat, yeast, lemon. Light bodied. Not totally undrinkable but certainly not very pleasant.

Can. Gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy with herbs. There's a touch of cardboard and that too old dried herb feel I associate with hop extract, but nothing of real concern. And that pretty much continues - it doesn't taste quite like the locally rebranded supermarket cheapie you'd expect. Decent amount of bitterness at the end.Pleasantly surprised by this one, although the fact that it's a full year in date is a little bit of concern. You could do a lot worse at the price.

500ml can bought from bottle shop in Gloucester, NSW. Poued into a shaker. Brewed for Kollaras & Co. Crystal clear golden lager with a thin white head and medium carbonation. Nose is mostly malt and grain, maybe even a little fruit. Patchy lacing. Light body. Taste is mostly malt with some tinny pepper in the watery finish. Typical 'supermarket' euro-lager, better than some.

30cl Bottle, bought at Salt. Supposed to be brewed in Friesland, or at least with ingredients from Vlieland, but I’m clueless as to which brewery it might be. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malt, light bread, light grassy, suggestion of berries but I really doubt there are any in here. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, bread, light grassy, decent bitter finish, hint of lemon. Light bodied. Decent Pils with supposedly cranberries added. In homeopathic amounts.
