Keg at the Castle Pub, Mitte, Berlin. Sampled September 2019. Pours mid golden yellow with a fizzy white cap. Aroma: yeast, bread, light funky. Taste: light tartness, yeast esters, floral hints, bread, lemon, apricot. Semi-dry. Not much salt. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation.
