(bottle) Clear golden colour with a medium frothy white head. Sweet malty aroma. Initially sweet malty taste turning into a rather dry and medium bitter hoppy finish. Not bad, but also trivial for a Bock. The alcohol is very inconspicuous.

A light yellow beer with no head. The aroma is extremely of apples. The flavor is malty and with very strong notes of apples - almost like a cider. The body is thin.

A light yellow beer with a huge but collapsing white head. The aroma is sweet with powerful notes of lemon. The flavor is sweet and primarily of lemon with hints of straw in the end. The body is thin, though not as thin as other Alsterwassers. After a few sips the sweetness turns to nutrasweet - which I hate in any drink.

A red-brown beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of straw and lesser notes of caramel. The flavor is dry and sweet with notes of caramel and roasted malt.

A light yellow beer with an off-white head. Both the aroma and flavor is sour from the lack of alcohol and the hops can’t hide that fact.

An amber beer with a fine but disappearing head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel combined with some sourness. It promises a lot in the aroma, but it is a false promise.

Golden coloured with a dense head. Buttery aroma with a touch of green apples. Crisp, clean hop-bitterness with a little bit of malt in the background.
