ACBF 2017. Thank you for sharing kraddel, tderoeck, Travlr & friends. Sampled cask. Deep red amber, zero head. Nose is really strange & intense, smells like balsamic vinegar, pickles, Japanese pickled ginger, kimchi that has stood a while in your fridge, fermenting berries. Its truly weird & intense. Tastes like Japanese picled ginger, vinegar, watery kimchi, vinegar, fermenting wild fruit; Body is flat, watery. Well, after almost 9k beers I got to use some tasting notes for the first time ever, there is that but this is far too wild & weird for me. Worth tasting for the shear strangeness.

ACBF 2017. Thank you for sharing kraddel, tderoeck, Travlr & friends. Sampled draft. Dark murky brown amber with no head. Nose is sweet vinous malt syrup, boozy, more vinous than brett. Flat vinous boozy syrup. Taste is flat sugar, vinous, charcoal, church wine, oddly vinous,... Messy interesting brew. Strange but partially enjoyable.

ACBF 2017. Thank you for sharing kraddel, tderoeck, Travlr & friends. Sampled draft. Black almost zero head. Nose is very big on licorice, smoke, peated, paint thinner & quite herbal. Taste is sweet peat, herbal, syrup, umami, alcoholic burn, overly herbal, molasses, not my style. Body is flat, alcoholic peat. Harsh, not my thing, this combination of flavours.
