Bottle. Nice fuzzy golden color. Aroma of grain, grassy hop and malt. Taste of grainy malt, sweet yeast, mild aroma hops and some sugary spice. Meh.

10/10/2015 sample @ Bles Bierhappening, Zottegem. Clear blond, medium white head. Grains, fruitiness, spices, some sweetness, refreshing but nothing special and thin.

Bottle at Het Waterhuis, Gent, Saturday 17th October 2015. Lemony gold in colour with a big frothy white head. Soft in the mouth it’s a refreshing beer, some sweetness but the spiciness is good and not too much. Quite good. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Süßlich herber, etwas hefiger Antrunk. Süffig, die Hefigkeit steigert sich etwas, dann einen Ticken herber. Enttäuschend mild bleibend, langer hefiger, etwas bananiger Abgang. 8/9/8/8/7/8

33 cl. bottle @ the bungalow in Vencimont, bought @ Delhaize, Beauraing. Clear pale yellow with a white head. Grainy, slightly sweet aroma. Taste is that of a Belgian blonde with some more hops. Lively carbonation. Interesting beer as it is bottom-fermented but has characteristics of top-fermented beers as well.

Bottled@Cambrinus, Bruges. Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, grassy and herbal. The flavour is quite similar. Long herbal aftertaste.

33 cl bottle @ Cambrinus, Bruges. Aroma is soapy with sweetish lemony tones and some fruit candy. Flavour has floury tones, some soapiness and mild lemony notes. Straightforward and easy to drink. The mild sweetness eats the refreshing factor here.

Foam: huge snow white quick diminished. Colour: hazy pale orange yellow. Aroma: dry, grassy, hops, spicy, lemon zest, dust, freshly cut grass. Taste: medium body, nice carbonation, spicy, ginger, orange peel, yeast, citrus, some dairy, hay, straw, citrus, a bit more bread towards the long dry finish, hard to classified at all, but refreshing for summer evenings.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with large bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet. Taste has a rather sophisticated feel to it, almost like a cross between a chardonnay & a Belgian strong ale. Some grapes, white sugar, light hops. Pleasant and different.
