Backlog October 2015. Very pale golden body under a huge white head. Mild aroma with spicy yeast and white sugar. Taste is plain and sweet with spices and white sugar. Light bodied and short in aftertaste. Boring.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly citrusy hoppy aroma, husky, pale malty basis, hints of fresh hay, a touch of mandarine and protein. Taste is citrusy hoppy, minimally sweet husky, pale malty, hints of mandarine, orange and lemon, a spicy-grassy touch of hay. Simple and a tad monotonous, quite nice overall.

Drunk at a quiz organised by a local quiz team called Rock Monsieur in the Flemish village of Kruishoutem. I think they were positively surprised they named themselves after a beer, so they ordered it. Anyway, pours cloudy light yellow with a frothy, slightly off-white head. The aroma contains lots of yeast, some citrus, hops and grain. It tastes medium bitter and very light sour; I can’t detect any sweetness. Astringent finish, fizzy carbonation, light body and overall somewhat soapy. Too dry and bitter.

Bottled 330ml (Beergium)
Hazy orange-yellow color, mostly vanishing white head. Aroma is grainy, kellerbier-like, a bit fruity. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, grain, fruityness. Kind of hazy kölsch with Belgi feeling. "Brewed using only 4 ingredients" - they forgot to count the sugar.
