Bottle 330ml. [ As Monsieur Rock ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, belgian yeast - grain - yeast - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet yeast, sweet malt, belgium yeast - floral - grain. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light yeasty and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 250616

330ml bottle from Salt Horse. Pours clear pale yellow with no massive white head. 2 inches that stays there due to the high carbonation. Aromas are lemon, light ginger, light yeast and floral notes. Taste is prickly due to the high carbonation. Some honey sweetness, dried ginger and lemon. Clean finish. Expected a bit more.

Bottle shared by/at Mrk’s. Light and clear straw with big fluffy white head. Citrus, soap, dry grass, funny yeast taste. Light to medium sweet, light bitter, light yoghurty. Very thin. Medium carbonation. Mweh okay.

Bottle shared thanks to Mark. Clear light golden with big fizzy white head. Light lemon, grassy, very light pils malts, light herbs and some alcohol. Light sweet. Under medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation.

330cl bottle bought in Brugge and brought home to drink. Poured into a Chimay badged chalice on 11th Dec 2015. I allowed the sediment to leave the bottle, so the bright golden bodied beer initially within the chalice turned into a misty, hazy yellow colour, the head stayed a lovely thin white blanket of foam. The nose is yeasty, floral and leaning towards citrusy, as is the taste. Some sweetness from somewhere saves the brew in my eyes, a strange blend and provenance to me: almost liked it.
