Artisanal, unpasteurized NISSOS beers are brewed and bottled in small quantities. They are made from finest quality malts, aromatic hops and carefully selected yeast in a slow, traditional, all-natural brewing and fermentation process. The Cyclades Microbrewery on Tinos was started from zero in 2012, in the midst of Greece’s financial crisis by Alexandros and Maya. Instead of acting as a deterrent, the crisis actually spurred us into action, for we were convinced that the bleak domestic beer landscape was symptomatic of the country’s woes.

.ild flowery very faint herbal hoppy aroma. Butty malty balance. Flavor is rounded hoppy with floral notes as well as grapefruit and pine a pretty solid 4.6 pct ipa.

Delikatne żółte owoce, tropiki, zbożowe, może na finiszu orzechy laskowe. Barwa złota, przejrzyste, piana redukuje się do niskiej, lacing znikomy. Goryczka niska, ziołowo -cytrusowa. Lekkie, mało wyraziste, jedynie te tropiki jakoś się wybijają a reszty bardziej trzeba się domyślać. Jest ok.
