On bottle @ CBM Mainz 2018. Smooth dry beginning. Easy to drink with a fruity malty back. Grain, dry cherries fruity there with dry malty caramel. Refreshing with a dry and fruity bitter aftertaste.

Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of pale grainy malt, straw. Taste of moderate sweet grainy pale malt, bread.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before March 2019. Clear, golden with a white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and gently fruity-floral aroma of grains, some hay and traces of citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently malty, a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, hay, some honey and a touch of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-grassy and slightly floral taste of lemon peel, pineapple and some grass, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry and grassy finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

500ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, mostly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty and fruity, minimally toasty bready and slightly yeasty spicy aroma, hints of banana, dried banana, banana leaves, some clove. Taste is slightly dry, minimally sweet wheaty, slightly fruity, hints of banana, dried banana, baked apple, a touch of clove. Not overly intense, but superbly balanced, low residual sweetness, therefore in no way sticky, highly drinkable, refreshing - maybe a tad to watery. Very good Weissbier!

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally bready and biscuity, malty aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready and biscuity, minimally malty-spicy. Nothing spectacular, but clean and drinkable - quite nice.
