Die Brauerei Dalešice beliefert auch die Trinkhalle in der ehemaligen Brauerei Poupě in der Brünner Altstadt. Das leichte Zehngrädige ist wirklich leicht, was es schnell fad macht, aber so gut zum Essen passt. Als Einstimmung und Speisenbegleiter kann ich es sehr empfehlen, aber dann sollte man auf etwas Gehaltvolleres umsteigen.

Tap at Workshop: Kulturni dejiny piva. Nothing much to say here besides that this, for me, is the classic, very well made Czech svetly. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Solid, moderately bready, light honeyish maltiness, light sweetness. Med-high bitterness, soft quality, moderate herbal grassy character. Very clean, very easy drinking, very good.

Tap at F.A. Bar. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-light sweetness, med-high bitterness. Lightly caramelly, med-light toasted bready nutty. Light earthy hoppiness. Moderate oxidation. Slightly soapy too and metallic. Average.

Tap at F.A. Oranžová. Hazy golden body, white head. Grainy and lightly yeasty, yolky sweetish aroma. Sweetish taste, nice grainy notes, light flowery and herbal touches, but this is owning the malty-yeasty interplay. Very good stuff overall!

Tap at Výčep. Slightly hazy coppery color, off white head. Caramelly, slightly flowery aroma,.lean and light but okay. Lean if creamy dry caramelly taste, ending on a short hoppy note. Completely okay, clean, if very much boring and slightly generic.

# 2219; 8/2020. Strong malty, yeasty and herbal aroma. Unclear, gold body; thick, creamy, white head. Malty, herbal, yeasty. Very good bohemian yeasty pilsener. 2 x 0,5 l, draught, multitap pub, Prague.

# 1407; 5/2019. Velmi dobrý pilsner. Sladový, bylinný, ale s lehkými vadami v pozadí (lakovitost).

Tap at Malý/Velký as Dalešická 11. Clear golden body, white head. Classic high quality pilsner aroma - egg yolk, herbal hops, dry, bread crust maltiness. Nice, grainy lean taste with light herbal touches, light yolk to round it up, good carbonation. Remarkably tasty stuff actually - not perfect perhaps, but would hold its own against most on the market!

Tap at Malý/Velký. Lovely shiny reddish, rosé almost body, clear, off white head. Mild smokey aroma, sweetish, beans more than distinct smoke, but still fairly pleasant. Taste... mild, sweet smokey-grainy taste, beans all over the place, slightly oily. Better than the sum of its part, the body helps it along nicely. Huh. Not great, not terrible.

Tap at Malý/Velký. Clear golden body, lasting, very lasting white head. Sharp herbal hoppy aroma with flowery undertones. Yolky maltiness, lean, again more herbal than anything, somwhat flowery, solid residual sweetness. Clean bitterish finish. Yup, a good lager in general, slightly betrayed by its body, but not bad!
