Die Fledermaus konnte mich nicht sonderlich begeistern. In Gegensatz zu den meisten tschechischen dunklen Biere, welche eine angenehme bittere Malzigkeit haben, ist dieses wie viele österreichische Dunkle zu süß. Vielleicht wurde es für Touristen in Brünn gebraut, aber der tschechische Geschmack ist es nicht. Da greife ich noch lieber zum schwarzen Krusovice aus der Dose.

Draught @ Maly/Velky, Prague. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, white bread, green grass, flowers. Flavor is light sweet, malt, yeast, grain, grassy hops. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 310318

V damianovi. Vona chmelova. Farba viacmenej zlatista. Chut prijemna chmelova. Jemna horkost.

Aroma: Floral hops.
Appearance: Light hazy golden color. Long lasting white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter, floral hops, malty.
Palate: Medum body. Light bitter finish.
Overall: Good, pleasant soft hoppy.

Keg at the U Tri ruzi, Praha, 13/07/17. Clear golden with a well appointed off white head. Nose is bread dough, grains, vanilla, airy malts. Taste comprises bread dough, light citric notes, straw, grains, light caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.
