(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden colour with a tall foamy white head. Fruity and flowery hoppy aroma with a delicately bready malty background, accompanied by spicy phenols. Mildly bitter and tart flavour, medium to light bodied with a sparkling carbonation. Fruit-accented hoppy and yeasty taste with notes of apricots and citrus, also hints og lemongrass, backed by a mildly malt profile; dry-ish and mild hop bitter finish with present fruity notes and a well-covered alcoholic strength. 31.VIII.18

Fläschchen: Golden to deep golden, hazy, small but stable loose white head; moderate sweet pale-malty nose with honeyish spots and a robust herbal-hoppy backbone; moderate dryish(!) bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied to full bodied and a bit fizzy; quite dry distinctive herbal-hoppy and mildly sweet-malty finish. Trocken herber, schnell bitter werdender Antrunk. Bitter-süffiger Mittelteil bei mildem Hopfen, erhöhte Karbonisierung, wie das Obergärige nur bitterer und trockener. Mittellanger Nachhall. Okay. 8/9/7/9//9

Heller, moderat herber Beginn mit geringer Süße, erhöhte Karbonisierung. Wenig aber erkennbar hopfig, ab dem späten Mittelteil trocken, durch die starke Karbonisierung unsüffig. Okay. 10/8/6/8//8

0.3 l on tap at 'Mole'. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of grains, fresh grass and light citrus. Quite sweet, malty, slightly grassy-spicy taste of grains, fresh grass, some citrus and traces of honey, followed by a short, medium bitter, rather grassy-spicy and quite dry finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Nice, refreshing Pils!
