Bottle (33cl): Golden with an orangey sheen, hazy, big off-white head, that slowly collpases, moderate sweetish wheaty and yeasty nose with a certain bananey fruitiness underneath; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, accompanied by a very delicate bitterness, nesrly medium bodied, surely a bit fizzy; mildly lingering sourish-wheaty finish. Simple, but not unpleasant…
