75 cl bottle. Smooth and slightly sourish beginning. Easy to drink, very dry and crisp. The body is thin, hints of tart apple, round, refreshing with not too much depth. A nice session-wine, nothing special in aroma, not too deep but round.

75 cl bottle. Dry sulphur nose. The cider starts plain and sour-sweetish. Absolutely no depth (because this is not a cider-apple!), sourish plain aroma, boring sour and not not easy to drink.

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Der Cider hat eine klare goldgelbe Farbe. Der Geruch ist angenehm würzig, fruchtige reife, leicht säuerlich Äpfel. Geschmack nach reifen Äpfeln, süß, gar nicht säuerlich, Zimt.

1l bottle from the cidery. Sweetish-spicey beginning. Full bodied with a nice apple sourness and tartness. The spices are round and sweet and fit nice into the picture. The sourness is still present, the sweetish spices are round and great! Nice combination! Tastes natural.

The cider starts smooth and fruity. Nice floral apples, hints of tannins. Fruity ripe apples, hints of fruity sweetness. The aftertaste is fruity, fresh dry apples, fruity with nice tannins. Great!

Nice dark golden-reddish colour in the glass, fruity and slightly tart in the nose. The cider starts fresh and very dry. Nice fruit there, but not too deep (as Jonagold is no cider-apple). Sourish-fruity, a bit astringent on the tongue, few tannins. The aftertaste is sourish-fruity, very dry-sour, a bit bitter, fruity and round.
