The nose is fruity and slightly sour. The cider has no carbonation. Fruity-smooth beginning. Not too deep, quite watery but easy to drink. Dry apples with a nice fruity flavour. Fresh, slightly light in body with a round and nice fruitiness. Fresh, smooth, slightly watery and fruity in the aftertaste. Nice.

Nice fruity and dry nose. The cider has no carbonation. Smooth, dry-astringent, nice Speierling-dryness there. The mainpart is not too deep but fresh and fruity, smooth and appley-fruity dry. On the tongue remains a nice dry and Speierling-apple dryness, round and smooth with no sweetness left. Solid.

Nice fruity-appley nose. The cider starts fresh and fruity. Interesting fruity-sweetish, nice and full of tannins. Fresh and fruity. Intense. Nice. Deep. Hints of wood. Nice ripe and sweetish apples. Intense. Very nice tart without being dry. The aftertaste is full of fruity and ripe apples, lots of tannins, great!

On tap. Clear yellow, no head. Dry aroma of apples and a little sulphur. Distinctly dry and sour apple notes. Sour all the way through the far finish. 160709

From tap at Ginnheimer Wirtshaus. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry and slight acidic apples. Quite dry and crisp apple fruity flavoured. Nice acidity and towards a light tartness. Ends dry.
