Bottle pour at Daheim im Larsbacher Thal, pours a clear blonde. Aroma has some hay, crisp apple skins, and a touch of tannins. Flavour is tart, dry and tannic, with exceptionally deep tannins, hay, barnyard notes, and dry apple skins. Tart, tannic and complex. Excellent.

25cl pour straight out the barrel @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival. Pours a misty yellow. Pure juice body. Sharp acidity, with a crisp dry apple bite. Nice.

Pour from bottle @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a clear pale golden yellow. Nicely fruity to taste with a bright carb, tart sweet apple fruit, great clarity.. a nice change to all the samey standard ciders here.

Bottle pour @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a peachy gold, high spritzy carbonation. Gentle peachy sweetness on the nose. Good peachy presence to taste, spritzy carb, bright flavour profile with a soothing sweetness coursing through. Nice.
