Bottle. Clear pale straw. Sweet apple, spicy pear, light herbal, crisp juice, soft yeast, fennel, marzipan. Medium sweet and a bit less sour. Medium bodied, medium dry and quite crisp. I like it.

Draught at Frankfurt Apflewine Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle from Galeria Frankfurt. Nose is fresh apples, light spice, bit fruit, including a bit of citrus, and light tannin. But huge, bright apples. Pale golden color and effervescent. Lightly sweet, tangy flavor of apple and citrus. Lovely, sophisticated apples are very tasty. Very light tannins. There isn't all that much depth, not like in the best French or British ciders, but the sweetness is well balanced with acidity and the fruit flavors are lovely. How they get 9.5% with some sweetness remaining, is the big question! Want more of this.

375ml bottle. Nose is apples, minerals, nicely fruity and spicy. Clear gold with light bubbles. Lightly sweet, bit fruit flavor, not too sweet though, spicy, light, balanced, soft carbonation. Slightly simple maybe but lovely.

Bottle pour at the Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2018. Nose is warm apples and a bit oh honey. Flavor is crisp and delicate, sweet up front, then dries out. Medium tannins and light sourness. Apple and a touch of nectarine in the flavor. Great.
