This one is better than the pale ale, in my point of view, good mix between a oatmeal stout and a stout, dry, roasted malt, solid one, 07.05.17, at Prélaz.

It is not the most beautiful pale that I tried but it is drinkabke, bitter, soapy during all the taste, malt hidden by the hop, 07.05.17, at Prélaz, buying it at Freiburg am Breisgau.

# 4488; 12/2024. Honey, roasty, slightly fruity. Clear dark brown body with garnet hints, beige head. Roasty, honey, liquorice, light herbal and earthy. Good oatmeal stout. 0,33 l, bottle, Getränkemarket, Denzlingen (Baden, Germany).

Süffiger, herb-hopfiger Beginn, süffig. Getreidig-bitter zum Mittelteil mit steigendem Hopfenaroma, erhöhte Karbonisierung, was auf der Zunge stört. Zum Ende bitterer. 6/10/8/8/9/8

@home poure into a tumbler. Hazy pale medium colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Shy aroma, yeast, light lemon, hint caramel, dusty notes, light spicy notes. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, hint of acidity, malty, yeasty, light orange pith. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild dry sweetbitter aftertaste, yeast spicy and dusty notes, nice try but a bit neutral impression.

@home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Slightly hazy deep amber colour, tall macropore soapy off-white head, mostly diminishing, thin layer remains, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, peach, apricot, earthy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, roasted malt, caramel, fruity notes, earthy feel. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering maltiness, very nice.
