Tart fruity with notes of red fruit, some honey, barnyard, light bretty and herbal notes, medium body and acidity, tart fruity lingering finish. Lovely.

Jammy, sourish and funky with some farmyardy notes, berries, plums, oak and earthiness. Quite complex and a bit heavy, but tasty.

A real stonker. Lightly sweet, mellow funk, decent acidity, some citrus peel, pleasant salinity and bite. Nice depth. Highly drinkable. Stunner.

Rock solid all around. Juicy tart berries, mild salinity, low funk, a little woody dryness, vinous accents. Outstanding. Super balance.

CBJ tasting. Thanks to the team for the bottle. Clear winey colour beer, small pale pink head. Light palate, semi dry, good superfine minerally carbonation. Light winey fruits, tiny bit of winey grape, goes fairly well with the mild funk. A light and semi dry finish. Pleasant winey affair.
