18/3/2026. Bottle from Kurt Wine Collection, Antalya. Enjoyed back at the hotel. Attractive dark pink/amber red pour with a good sized head. Interesting aroma picks up the honey and sweet beetroot really nicely. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite lively carbonation. Becomes more honey sweet as it warms. Very likeable.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Işıl - thank you very much!]. Cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Mainly herbal and fruity aroma, minimally resinous and piney, hoppy overtones, rather neutral, wheaty malty background, notes of rosemary, hibiscus, some rose hip, a touch of pine needles, juniper berry, whiffs of bath salt. Taste is sweet-ish, and tart-ish, herbal and fruity, widely disguised, minimally wheaty, malty basis, notes of hibiscus, rose hip, some rosemary, a touch of juniper berry, a dry, mildly bitter, hoppy touch of resin, pine needles.
Oily-watery texture, slightly dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, harmonious, balanced, refreshing - enjoyable.
