Bottle. Pours black. Aroma is roast malts, coffee and chocolate, nuts, caramel. some old hops. Body is medium, decently carbonated, softly sweet with more bitterness, but all well balanced. More roast malt flavours, even liquorice. Decent.

Bottle @ Varuna Gezgin Cafe - Alacati. Pours cloudy red with large foamy whitish head, acidic aroma, faintly sour medium bitter caramel malt taste with hibiscus flavor, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Interesting but not very good.

Bottle. Pours unclear shiny yellow. Aroma is diacetyl, grease. Body is medium and juice, oily but lacking flavours besides butter. Low carbonation, so that's not the reason for its blandness. Not too bad.

Bottle @ Varuna Gezgin Cafe - Alacati. Pours cloudy reddish brown with large foamy beige head, faintly spicy caramel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter spicy caramel taste with cinnamon-nutmeg, thin body, long bitter finish. Quite fizzy but nice.

0,33 flaske delt med Kitty på Burger Lab, Ataturk Airport Istanbul 1.6.18: mørkebrun mahogny med fint skum som varer. Etter en uke i Albania, endelig en ordentlig øl! Deilig aroma og smak av røstet malt, espresso og mørk sjokolade. Fin balanse og munnfylde. Dessertchokolader i den fine, halvtørre ettersmaken. Mersmak. På Fridtjofen, rustfjerning 1.8.19., 0,5 flaske fra Holmens importkoffert delt med skibsrederen: enda bedre enn sist! So smooth, og med en herlig munnfølelse. Skummet varte helt til siste dråpe. Velfortjent opp fra 3.7.

Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, medium citrus and floral hops, pretty fresh hops, moderate bitterness, dry finish, bit yeasty. Medium bodied, average+ carbonation, oily. Hazy, amber colored, medium beige head. Aroma is of malt, some iscuit, bit toast, some citrus and floral hops, bit spicy, yeast. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, caramel, bit toast, medium- citrus, spicy and floral hops, bit grassy with a dose of harshness, medium bitterness, yeasty, dry finish. 330 ml bottle. Thanks George for sharing! Dark brown to black color with beige head. Malty aroma, roasted, bread, chocolate, caramel. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
