2017 harvest at the Brewery with the bottle taken home: pours a sort of reddish orange with a fizzy, thick, and quickly dissipating head. Aroma is vinegar, grape, notes if cherry, and some tree. Taste is fairly sour, as are most other beers from this brewery. Large fruity taste. Some sweetness. Sourness abates as you drink theough. Pleasant aftertaste. Not sure what is really saison about it though. Looking at the below reviews, I sort of got apple, but lemon, hay and spice did not really show for me.
