Pours murky amber. The head is quite fizzy, and of short retention. The aroma is is light caramel, a dash of tropical fruit and vinegar. Cannot quite put my finger on it, but reminded me of one of my grill marinades. Overall though of moderate intensity. Taste is sour, fruity, quite dry. Well carbonated with a body a bit on the light side. Okay.

Can from a trade on BA, undated, drunk 7/9/16.
Lightly to moderately hazy, straw-golden body is quite carbonated and has a medium-sized white head atop that slowly fades to a ring.
Lemon, light pineapple, big honey and cream of wheat all balance out quite nicely and it doesn’t smell like a shot of pure lactic acid. I like how the malt and wheat soften it. Hay, grain, bread and such with even a pinch of caramel and no alcohol or flaw.
Great carbonation; nice and tight, with a malty and wheat-laden texture that is soft and inviting; very drinkable. Good attenuation with lingering honey, caramel and light fruitiness. Lactic acid is very mild and there’s plentiful dryness from the wheat. I like that it focuses more on the yeast and malt/wheat and less on the lactic character. No alcohol or flaw.
