Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have citrus bitter peel. Really solid malt backbone aids a great body.

Bottle at Beer Station Lisboa. It pours jet black with a sturdy tan head. The aroma is dark roast, toasty, bitter - sweet, coffee, milk chocolate, mocha, berry and plum jam. The taste is rich, roasted malt, robust, charred wood, pretty bitter, earth, cocoa, coffee grounds, berry skin, plum, vinous, spice and warming alcohol. Plenty of flavour, but it is heavy duty stuff. Good fun anyhow.

Keg at Duque, Lisboa. It pours cloud orange with a decent white head. The aroma is soft, zesty, orange peel, tangerine, marmalade, bread and brioche. The taste is soft, bitter - sweet, fresh, green, pine needles, weed, apricot, peach, bread and a touch of spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty quaffable stuff.
