Can in Riu Pravets - picked up from 100 Beers. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour, nips of white grape, tangerine, melon, some pine needles. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Pithy citrus I’m the finish, lemon rind, more pine needles, pale bread. Decent sauce.

Can at Riu Pravets - picked up from Cosmic Beer, Sofia. Pours clear, rich gold, effervescent with a sturdy, creamy off-white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice lightly oily pine character, semi-ripe oranges and other citrus, supportive malts, restrained bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Mild resin to finish, nice pine, melon, oranges. Solid WCIPA.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, pineapple, lychee and melon. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at the flat in Gabrovo - picked up at Teddy Beer. Pours deep brown with a modest, foamy tan head. Pretty good stuff overall, rich but not overly sweet, some ashy roast, baking cocoa, a little toasted mint, licorice. Medium to full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more ashy roast, bitter cocoa. Not bad.

Bottle at the flat in Varna - picked up at Teddy Beer. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Medium sweet flavour with lightly faded piney hops, ripening citrus fruits. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Slightly resinous finish, more piney hops, citrus peel, background sun-kissed pale malts. Not bad.

ABV: 6.0%. Light unclear medium red orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head with a pink orange note. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light wheat, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, sweet citrus, light tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, wheat, candy, sweet citrus - citric, light to moderate blood orange - blood grapefruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200314]
