From a 375ml can on 1/6/2020. Pours a super clear golden with barely any head. Has a good dash of guava in the nose. The flavour features the advertised guava, though it's more tart than sweet. The beer is reasonably sour and quite puckering at he back. I'd probably like it more if there was a bit more sweet. Light bodied with average carbonation. It might work in the right situation but not my kind of thing.

(Bottle) Pours black with the tiniest brown head. Aroma is boozy, port, dried fruit with chocolate hints. The palate is full, thick, creamy, sticky with modest fine carbonation - rich and luxuriant. Great taste. There’s a backbone of rich toffee sweetness. There’s alcohol, dried fruit, dark chocolate and hints of wood. Some bitterness in the finish. Very nice.

Can. Golden. Very funky almost repugnant cheese aroma. The lacto extends to flavour. Puckering and just a little bit of tropical fruit in there.

Quarantinnie. Lots of label refreshs in Australia at the moment and lots of design challenges with the near complete move to cans - Bright is doing _very_ well here. Almost clear gold with a head that's gone immediately. Aroma is lacto funky with over-ripe tropical fruit. Moderately sour with a little fruit, crackers, some twiggy notes. Little bitterness. Refreshing. A modern lawnmower beer.

It's a Brightly place With a Bretty Pale And the Strawb'ry gum that we're famous for (I'll stop now) Bottle. Lovely fruity eucalyptus aroma is like being in a forest. A soft twangy note and some crackers behind. Light bodied. The gum is very fruity (more strawberry than lemon) but the beer is quite dry. Lowish bitterness with just a hint of leaf at the end. Maybe it will get funkier (and I'll get another if I can to see) but this is beautifully balanced now.

This is a beautifully crafted beer. Lots of grapefruit, lemon and pine. There's some bread and honey as well. The citrus is well balanced on the tongue and the bitterness is quite smooth. It's an old school East Coast IPA, but more refined.

A complex DIPA with loads of everything. There are aromas of passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, honey and honeydew. There is also a little pepper in the mouth and some peach coming through as well. There are layers of flavour to this one. Brilliant.

Area only under a watch and act at the moment. Bottle. Clear reddish amber with a wisp of beige head. Aroma of marzipan, whisky, brioche, vanilla, white pepper. Just short of syrupy, low carbonation. There's plenty of whisky influence but the big sherry, toffee and bread malt side of things nudges it to the side. It very rich but only fairly sweet and bitterness, spice and a rolling swell of boozy warmth (nothing integrated, mind) tamp things down effectively. Deep but not suffocating. Really good.
