On tap Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Aroma blue cheese, caramel, roasted. Taste light cheesy, almost medium fruity caramel sweet, medium roasty bitter, chewy coffee. Nice full finish. Probably best from this brewery I had so far.

Once again cabrales aroma. Taste metallic, acidic, vinegary. How could it get worse? I believe it could, but not much. This brewery sucks. Our party concluded, that this beer probably is not spoiled secondary, but by bad sanitation.

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Hazy dark golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, grain, bitter hops. After promising aroma, taste was big disappointment. Sweet malty taste, together with toffee, metallic notes, bitter hops and some unidentified strange disgusting aftertaste. Bad.

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Big beige head, very dark amber colour. Aroma cabrales cheese, sharp, spicy. Maybe a bit of dark honey. Taste medium sweet, light bitter. Weird accidic-tart finish. A weird beer, would not go for another one.

Plastic bottle, bought at the brewery. Fruity aroma, hint of sweet caramel and pepper. Hazy dark brown colour. The flavour has a good roasted note, a bit nutty. The finish is drier with some barley bitterness. Starts off good, finishes mediocre.
