Bottle at Christmas market at Namesti miru in Prague. The honey honestly does not improve this beer. There is serious oxidation going on, and a lot of caramel. And the honey character itself is not nice, feels waxy and just not good. Besides the honey, the beer itself is mid at best. Ungood to me, typical Christmas market stuff.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Malty-alcoholic aroma. Starts milder than exspected, but still with some intense alcoholic-woody notes. Herbs, grass, wood. Earthy touch. Could be more balanced. Finish with a light soapy touch. Liked the other 10% beer from the brewery much more.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark golden, nice head. Fine alcohol-malty aroma. Starts not as strong as exspected, fine malty, spicy, warming, shy alcoholic. Some woody hints as well, some sweets. Very well balanced. The alcohol is well hidden. Finish warming-malty. Quite drinkable for its strength. Nice!

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Nice spicy aroma. Starts intense malty-spicy, woody notes, some herbs, a bit grasy. Mild bitterness. Well balanced finish, spicy-woody-grasy. Interesting one!

Tap at the brewpub. Clear oglden body, white head towards ivory. Herbal, bit bready and malty aroma. Soft, light taste, lightly herbal, creamy maltiness, traces of fruit and diacetyl perhaps, but really not more than traces. Nice body, smooth. Not a winner, but drinkable, and that's what counts!

Tap at Berounský medvěd. Amber body, off-white head, maybe half a shade darker than the 25° one, maaaaaybe. Light aroma though, flowery, grainy, bit malty. Lean, dry taste, clean. Odd almost roasty touch, dried caramel and a dank herbal presence that's kinda weird in the context but also works. Lean and smooth, this is a nice one really!
