Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle at the brewery, Autenried, Good Friday 7th April on a long'ish' loop cycle ride. Pours hazy gold with a large white head. Nice bitterness, quite soft mouthfeel, pithy, lemony, dry, good Pils, though why a 5.2% Pils is described as Imperial is beyond me.

500 ml bottle. Clear dark golden with a foamy head. Toasted malt and hay, bread, metal, citrus, grassy, lardy. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry malty sweet metallic finish. Decent Export.

500 ml bottle. Amber cloudy with a fluffy head. Rye, dark honey, zesty citrus notes, estery notes, overripe banana, clove, chestnut. Mild dryness, banana sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry yeasty banana finish. Rather sweet Weisse.

Thanks to Erzengel! Pours hazy amber-brown with a frothy white head. Aroma of banana and caramel. Taste has lots of banana, some yeast, nutmeg, caramel malt. Palate has more fruit notes on the nose, lingering spice. Good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, grayish golden with a small and creamy, off-white head - not really amber (bernstein). Nise is caramelly with heavy banana and yeast. Rich body with solid banana notes and a shitload of cloves. Nice balancing hops. Very well made for the style. 230123

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 21st January 2023 listening to The Murder Capital - Gigi's Recovery, we are cooking Almond Crusted Squid with Sumac Mayonnaise, Bulgar Salad with Fresh Peas and Mint, Rakarat with Chicken and Sumac and Black Seed & Halloumi Flatbreads for tea tonight. Pours cloudy dark murky orange with a large white head. Fresh and with a very good wheatiness and light tart fruity edge, the usual wheat beer characteristics are there but they're not in yer face. Nice soft carbonation, it's a very good wheat.

Bottled (from Alko web). Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, some yeasty and spicy tones with mild soapy elements. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some yeast, spices and mild herbal tones.

Bottled (with Mats). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, some floral, herbal and some grassy tones. Flavour is grassy, grainy, some herbal and mild grassy notes. Refreshing and tasty Kellerbier.
