Bottle, thanks a lot pivnizub. Wonderfull flowery hop aromatics on a light fruityness. Cloudy yellow, big lacing off-white head. Ciric hoppy entry, medium to light straw malt body, a hint perfume in the finish, strangely not as much as one would expect after the initial wallop. Sparkly mouthfeel. Very drinkable and moreish.

Hazy, golden, slowly collapsing loose off-white head; fruity (lemons, bananas) - wheaty nose with a very light hoppy (!) touch, light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, soft MF, medium bodied; short sweetish-fruity finish with a touch of yeast. Good Weizen........

BĂĽgelverschloĂźflasche: Deep grainy nose with a very solid herbal hoppy touch and a huge fluffy off-white head, hazy; robust bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.6%; solid lingering hoppy-grainy finish. Fine, fine spicy Helles........

BĂĽgelverschluĂźflasche (purchased at the Brauereigasthof): Slightly hazy, amber - not copper - coloured, extremely stable, rocky beige head; grassy hoppy nose with a barnyardy background and a tinge of roasted malt; solid bitter-sweet flavour, soft F, light to medium bodied; lingering hoppy finish, balanced by sweet caramel and a tinge of yeast. Tastes far better than it smells........

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big, blonde foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly grainy malt aroma with spicy and slightly woody hops, also some rural barnyard notes in the positive sense. Light-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied with a mild and slightly chalky mouthfeel. Strawy (cara-)malty, minimal grainy taste with herbal spice; moderately dry finish with notes of woody hops and a slightly tart, minimal astringent bitterness. A quaffable rural Landbier (06.05.08).

(swing top bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a huge and persistent light-beige foamy head. Light-sweet and slightly yeasty toast-malty aroma, slightly leafy with caramel, rounded up with spicy herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, quite slim for an abv of 5.6% but it is never watery, crispy on the tongue. Toasty malty taste with caramel and balanced herbal hoppy flavours; dry, slightly toasted and moderately bitter finish with pleasant herbal and slightly spicy hoppy notes. Not too fat, but well rounded hoppy Dunkel (08.05.08).

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with medium-sized blonde foamy head. Slightly sweet, sourish fruity (citrus) aroma with a moderate wheat character and shy hoppy notes in the background. Sourish and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and citrus fruity taste with a growing clovy spice towards the balanced fruity finish. Well-rounded, refreshing Weizen (11.05.08).
