Gold with a frothy, white head. Grainy, faintly metallic aroma. Taste is bitter with a subtle, fruity tartness that appears at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Crisp, prickly feel. Ok for a Helles.

Copper colored with a frothy, white head. Aroma promises toast, caramel and apples. Taste is herbal bitter with both a mild caramel sweetness and a faint, fruity tartness in accompaniment. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Refreshing and well balanced. Good.

Klar kupferfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht röstmalziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht röstmalzig, fruchtig mit Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark yellow with q foamy head. Clove, yeast, green banana, dry lemon zest and lemon juice, bubblegum. Dry bitterness, some dry sourness, some sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry citrussy yeasty sour finish. Nice crisp Weisse, very drinkable and light for 5.6 abv!

500 ml bottle. Unclear golden, fluffy head. Vanilla, basement, dry citrus, grain, hay, lemon zest. Mild dry bitterness, some sourness, grainy sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry mild sour sweet grainy fruity finish. Very nice and Zoigl-like.

500 ml bottle. Hazelnut brown with a big fluffy head. Roasted malt, caramel, roasted nuts, citrus, slightly metallic. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, dry malty finish. Decent.

Der Bräu-Bock dunkel der Brauerei Berghammer, Flasche von Hausler, Pentling. - Schwarzrot, klar. - In der Nase verhaltenes dunkles Malz mit dezenter Brotkruste, einem Hauch von Weinbrandkirsche und sehr dezenter Hopfung, zurückhaltend und wenig bocktypisch. - Antrunk satt dunkelmalzig mit feiner Bonbonsüße, Bairisch Blockmalz, schlanken Röstnoten und milder aber aromatischer krautiger Hopfung mit leichter Orangenschale. Mild rezent, vollmundig; perfekt kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang milde herbale Herbe. - Elegant malzig-süßer, fein gehopfter Bock aber etwas flach und ohne bocktypische Wucht. (3.5.2022: 3,2.) Gut einen Monat später schmeckt er noch tiefer dunkel- und röstmalzig mit leichten weinigen Zügen. Im Abgang röstmalzbitter und fein hopfenherb. - Schöner, schwerer schwarzer Bock. (8.6.2022.)
